This meeting will explore different ways that financing strategies can actually help move inventory, particularly by making the purchase more palatable for a buyer.

It will take a deep dive into:

  • seller’s strategies such as temporary buy downs
  • buyer’s strategies such as alternative mortgage products, alternative amortization options, discount points and recast features
  • rate preservation strategies such as the long-term rate lock program for purchasers of new construction condos.
