As of July 2020, REBNY annual membership dues will be pro-rated to half of the published annual rate. Such payment will cover membership dues from July 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020. Membership will be subject to renewal dues in January 2021 at the annual published rate.

Undergraduates taking at least 12 credits and graduate students enrolled in at least 6 credits in semester-based academic programs at an accredited institution are considered full-time students. Dues depend on assessed value of property owned or volume of loans

Any individual, co-partnership or corporation owning real property within the five boroughs with an assessed value of $1,000,000 or more:

  • $1,000,000 to $2,000,000 (dues: $2,760)
  • $2,000,000 to $4,000,000 (dues: $4,200)
  • $4,000,000 to $6,000,000 (dues: $7,700)
  • $6,000,000 to $8,000,000 (dues: $11,100)
  • $8,000,000 to $10,000,000 (dues: $14,460)
  • $10,000,000 to $25,000,000 (dues: $21,480)
  • $25,000,000 to $40,000,000 (dues: $22,800)
  • $40,000,000 and over Triple A Membership (dues: $33,600)

Owner B

Dues depend on assessed value of property owned or volume of loans

Any individual, co-partnership or corporation owning real property within the five boroughs with an assessed value of up to $1,000,000 (dues: $2,000).

6-15 Partners (3 Members Allowed)

Principal member pays $1,950 annually; 2 additional members can join at no cost; 12 more members can join at $400 a year

16-30 Partners (5 Members Allowed)

Principal member pays $2,400 annually; 4 additional members can join at no cost; 25 more members can join at $400 a year

31-50 Partners (6 Members Allowed)

Principal member pays $2,820 annually; 5 additional members can join at no cost; 44 more members can join at $400 a year

51-100 Partners (10 Members Allowed)

Principal member pays $3,120 annually; 9 additional members can join at no cost; 90 more members can join at $400 a year

101-500 Partners (12 Members Allowed)

Principal member pays $3,600 annually; 11 additional members can join at no cost; 488 more members can join at $400 a year

More Than 500 Partners (15 Members Allowed)

Principal member pays $3,990 annually; 14 additional members can join at no cost; more members can join at $400 a year
