Brian Goldman began his career at NGKF, where he has risen to become one of the company\'s most accomplished senior directors and one of New York City\'s most recognized tenant representation professionals. As a tenant advocate, he has completed some of the most influential New York real estate deals of the past decade.\n
Mr. Goldman\'s skills as team leader in intricate, high-profile transactions and negotiations have enabled him to act as a trusted advisor to prominent clients throughout the region. He has proven particularly adept at helping his clients find space in the Plaza District, where he has negotiated on the behalf of notable private equities firms such as Trian Partners, The Carlyle Group and Providence Equity Partners, as well as investment management firms such as Paulson and Co. Inc., BTG Pactual and Moore Capital. Further, he has had distinctive success at the Seagram Building, having negotiated more than 115,000 square feet of space on behalf of Arden Asset Management, Centerbridge Partners LP, Goldman Sachs and Temasek.\n

The transaction was nominated for the 2014 REBNY "Ingenious Deal of the Year" award, and comprises a 200,000-square-foot facility that will also include luxury automakers Bentley, Bugatti and Lamborghini. Furthermore, he has previously earned the distinction of "Rising Star" from Real Estate Weekly magazine and the "40 under 40" award from Real Estate New York Magazine. He has also been a CoStar Power Broker and was once named "Most Promising Commercial Sales Person of the Year" by REBNY.\n
